Prepare K&N's Chicken Tempura as per the instruction on the pack.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; cook and stir carrot, broccoli and peas for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add ½ cup of water and K&N’s stok cube and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Transfer vegetables and sauce to a large bowl.
Take a pan, add oil over medium-high heat stir in garlic, onion, bell pepper for 1 to 2 minutes then add stir vegetables (step 2). Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup , vinegar and prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura, and stir for another minute. Sprinkle with green onions.
Take a cooking, pan, then add rafhan corn oil, garlic, onion, beef mince, salt, red chili powder, fennel seeds, garlic powder, black peppers, red chili
Take a bowl, then add boneless chicken, garlic, red chili powder, black pepper powder, tomato paste, red chili flakes, white pepper powder, ginger, Salt,
chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, & mix well
Ingredients of Gram flour mixture for chicken pakora:
1 cup Gram Flour
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp Nigella Seeds
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt (As needed for taste)
Water (As Needed)
500 gm Marinated chicken (already prepared)
Cooking oil (As Needed for frying)
Directions for Achari Masala:
Take a cooking pan, add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, & fry these
Put this roasted achari masala into grinder mixer & grind well until you got a smooth mixture
Achari Masala is ready
Directions for Marination:
Take a bowl, then add chicken, yogurt, ground achari masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, lemon juice, turmeric powder, garam masala in this bow, & mix it well
Leave for 20 minutes
Directions of Gram flour Mixture for making chicken pakora:
Add gram flour, red chili flakes, nigella seeds, corn flour, salt, water, & mix it well to prepare a mixture
Then add marinated chicken & mix again
Add cookin oil in a pan, let it warm
Then add these small chicken pieces from the mixture which we have prepared above
Now fry on medium flame until you got golden brown pakora’s
